Sparks (Fruitland Park, Florida), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 1, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Curtis Sparks; and his sisters, Laurel Despot of Eustis and Myrta Johnson (Kenneth) of Evans.
