She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jeanne DeGuire Cook and Sam Salisbury Cook; her sister Nancy MacKenzie; her brother-in-law Gordon MacKenzie; her nephew Eric MacKenzie; her daughters, Nancy Franklin of Weirsdale, Florida and Jennifer Rolph (Mark) of Miami, Florida; her grandchildren, Samantha Rolph, Cailin Rolph and Ian Rolph of Miami; her nephews, Scott MacKenzie and Kenneth MacKenzie (Deana); her niece Amy Pavia (Barry); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mariah, Morgan MacKenize, Hannah, MacKenzie Pavia, Trevor, Braydon and Brennan MacKenzie. She was also cherished by her sister, her daughters and her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a charitable donation be made in Susy's memory to an animal or environmental charity of your choice.
