He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Jean Day and Dorothy Helen Day; and his brother Phillip Matthew Day. He is survived by: his children, Adam Harrison Day and Stephanie Michelle Wells; his grandchildren, Taylor and Jon; and his wife Mary Jean Day.
