He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Makarwicz and Virginia Makarwicz (Hahasinski). He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Strycharz (Alan) and Clarence Makarwicz Jr.; his niece Amanda; and his nephews, John Daniel and Christopher.
