It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edward Thomas of Fruitland Park, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thomas and Beulah Thomas (Cromwell); his wife Phyllis (Nichols); his brothers, William, John and Gerald; his stepsister Irma; and his sister Barbara.
He is survived by: his sister Margaret of Holly, MI; his sons, Douglas of Fruitland Park and Michael of Perry, MI.; and his close friend Barbara Gallogly of Fruitland Park, FL. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
