He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Keller; and his stepson Jim Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Dave Johnson (Susan) of Fruitland Park and Paul Johnson (Christina) of Windsor, Ohio; and his stepson Bill Patrick (Suzanne) of Fairport.
