It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Bernard Harvey (Fruitland Park, Florida), born in Flat Top, West Virginia, who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Overton Harvey and Ida Elizabeth Harvey (Smart); and his wife Shirley Harvey. He is survived by: his son Frank B. Harvey, Jr. (Amanda) of Fruitland Park. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
