We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2021, at the age of 62, Douglas Taylor of Fruitland Park, Florida, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ray Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Madalyn Cates Taylor of Lady Lake, FL; and his brother Allen Taylor (Anne) of Punta Gorda, FL.. He is also survived by numerous cousins and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Doug Taylor to the American Heart Association.
