She is survived by: her sons, Cliff Johnson (Joyce) of Fruitland Park and Chuck Johnson (Lisa) of Lady Lake; her granddaughter Amy Robbins (Matt); her sons, Isaac Johnson (Amy), Michael Johnson and Jayme Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Russell Johnson.

The family request that in in lieu of flowers, Doris' life and memory be celebrated with a donation to Compassionate Care Hospice of Lake and Sumter, Inc.
