It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Samuel Wellman of Fruitland Park, Florida, born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Dollina Wellman (Trent); and his grandfather David Glenn Trent. He is survived by: his father Keith Allen Wellman of Leesburg, FL; his siblings, Michael Sponholtz of Louisiana, Keith Sponholtz of Leesburg, FL, Kathleen Marie Foy of Ocala, FL, Candice Wilmot of New Hampshire and Davalia Wilmot of New Hampshire; his grandparents, Joann Denson of Richland, KY, Richard Glen Wellman of Indianapolis, IN and Irene Trent of Richmond, NC; and his uncle Rick Phelps of Fruitland Park, FL. He is also survived by many loving aunts and uncles and many loving nieces and nephews.
