He was predeceased by: his wife Joan McCullen; his parents, William Jr and Beulah McCullen, Jr.; and his son-in-law Gregory Church, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline McCullen; his children, Rhonda Traub (Tim), Carla Griffin, Michael McCullen (Janice), Michele Church, Brion McCullen, Joseph Spiwak, Jr. and Elaine Fulk (Joseph, III); and his siblings, Hazel Carlson, Lila McCullen (Cookie) and William McCullen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
