She is survived by: her husband Stanley; and her children, Jack S. Westfall of Jacksonville, FL, Pinellas of Jacksonville, FL, Wayne W. Westfall (Diane) of Jacksonville, FL, Fulbia A. Westfall of Ocala, FL, Dawn E. Westfall and Schee. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice.
