He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Hollingsworth and Eugene Decosta Martin; his sisters, Faye and Patricia; and his great grandchild Ryker.
He is survived by: his wife Cornelia; his children, Stephanie Dorismond (Dario), Thomas Martin of Miami, Minyon Levens of Enterprise and Willie Levens, II of Brantley, Alabama; his grandchildren, Jahfari Walton, Jahriel Walton, Channing Levens (Haley) of Enterprise, Jonathan Lampley (Brittany) of Ariton, Tre'Levens of Orlando, Willie Levens, III of Lake Wales and Mykyla Levens of Greenville, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Cameron Levens of Enterprise and Dominic Levens of Enterprise, Alabama; and his nieces, Kayvonne Whyte and Jasmine Brown. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Family Life Church (139 Bulldog Way, Frostproof, FL 33843). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
