He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shade and Mary Shade; and his children, Linda, Richard Shade and David Shade.
He is survived by: his wife Emily Shade; and his sons, Kevin A. Shade (Courtney) of Dallas Texas and Robert W. Shade II of Texas.
