He is survived by: his mother Margaret Crumbly of Frostproof; his children, Trey Crumbly (Alyssa) of Frostproof, Garrett Smith of Avon Park and Chelsea Mitchell of Frostproof; his sister Marleen Riddle (Josh) of Frostproof; and his grandchildren, Paige, Leah, Gabby, Clay, Paislee, Charlee and Waylon.
