He was predeceased by: his wife Mavis M. Brackin; and his brother Wilbur Scurry. He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Branch of Frostproof, FL and Darrell D. Brackin (Vicky) of Okeechobee; and his sisters, Doris Gibb of Lake Wales, FL and Fay Hoy (Jim) of Halifax, PA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
