He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Miller of Enterprise, AL; and his stepchildren, Frankie Sutley of Frostproof, FL, Willie Steve Sutley of Brantley, AL, Lewis Jerome Sutley of Maryville, TN and Mary Laverne Hendrick of Forest City, NC. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
