He was predeceased by: his wife Debra Elaine Miller; and his father Leo Guy Miller. He is survived by: his children, Janette Bassler (Richard) of Central City, Leo James Miller, Jr. (Sherri) of Central City and James Kirk Miller (Cindy) of Frostproof; his mother Janet Lear of Dundee; and his brothers, Ed Miller (Ann) of Sebring, Barry Miller (Peggy) of Central City and Bryan Miller (Sue) of Fisherstown, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
