He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Barbara Bell (Dan), David (Cindy), Daniel (Karen), Betty Krause (Jim) and Beth Smith (Mark); and his sisters, Linda Heston and Cheryl Walker (Bill). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
