He was predeceased by: his parents, Tennis Napier and Georgia Wallace Napier; his siblings, Rosa Lee Thornhill, Donald and Ricky Napier; and his son Shad Allen Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Stevens-Napier; his granddaughter Kelsey Dawn Napier; and his aunt Shirley Anne Taylor.
