She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Montgomery and Florence Clarke; and her husband Robert Shade of Valentine's Day. She is survived by: her son Kevin Shade (Courtney); her granddaughters, Lena of Dallas, TX and Hannah of Dallas, TX; and her goddaughter Lynn Butte (Kurt) of Island Park, NY..
