He is survived by: his wife Mary Carter; his son Shane Carter (Heidi) of Frostproof; his siblings, Sheila Sergant (Don) of Frostproof, Linda Burton (Rick) of Princeton, Illinois and Mike Carter of Frostproof; his grandson Justin (Tiffany); and his great grandchildren, Eli and Zoey.
