Fowler (Frostproof, Florida), born in Graceville, Florida, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Retha Fowler (Davis); his children, Cathy Burchard (Paul), Toni Gibson (Ben) and Doug Fowler; his granddaughters, Amy Paul (James) and Danna Cochran (James); and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah, Jadan, Davis, Easton and Samuel.
