She was predeceased by: her parents, Collie Helms and Dorothy Helms; and her husband Forrest B. Crews, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Cutchen of Frostproof, Denise Crews of Frostproof and Dorothy Perry (Gary) of Mineral Bluff, Georgia; and her brother George Helms of Wauchula. She is also survived by five granddaughters; and three great-granddaughters.
