He was predeceased by: his brothers, Mason, Tommy, Vernon and Johnnie. He is survived by: his wife Chyrel Lambeth; his children, Karen Lambeth of Frostproof, Phillip Bracken of Frostproof and Mickey Gaddy of Frostproof; and his siblings, Burnese Rutledge of St. Augustine, Louise Slater of Nevada, Ronnie Lambeth of California and Wayne Lambeth of Lake Wales. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
