It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Locke (Freeport, Florida), born in Caryville, Florida, who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas E. Locke and Annie Mae Spears Locke; and his siblings, Fonsoe Locke and Betty Sue Ford. He is survived by: his wife Mary Virginia Locke; his daughters, Debra L. Noyes (Weston) of Freeport and Angela K. Cavanaugh (Michael) of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Brian Noyes, Sidney Noyes (David Anderson) and Julianna Kacharis (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Abigail Noyes and Clara Anderson.
