We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2023, at the age of 88, Sarah Ellen Dunaway of Freeport, Florida, born in Niceville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Brewer and Cozette Senterfitt Brewer; her husband Sam Dunaway; her grandsons, Jason Simler and Jeffrey Thomas; her siblings, Claudia Brewer, Nellie Wucherpfennig and James Brewer; and her son-in-law Rick Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Jessie Stone of Freeport, Sam Dunaway (Robin) of Oklahoma, John Dunaway (Bonnie) of Freeport and Mike Dunaway (Kristie) of Freeport, Florida; her brother Jack Brewer of Holt, Florida; her brother-in-law Chuck Wucherpfennig; her sisters, Charlotte Godsey (James) and Jeanette Barfield; and her sister-in-law Elaine Brewer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
