He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J Clementi and Adele Clementi; his grandparents, John R. and Loretta Barney; his uncle Jack; his aunts, Roberta Barney and Josephine "Jaye" Barney; his parents-in-law, Bernadette and Blasé Turk; and his sister-in-law Kathy Linsner.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Clementi; his children, Angela Marie Kelly (Craig) and Anthony John Clementi; his furry grandpet Simon'; his grandson Landon Christopher Kelly; his uncle William Barney (late Josephine "Jaye"); his brother Daniel; his sister-in-law Christine Turk; and his aunts and uncles, Elaine, Jerry Koehn and Marvin Yackley. He is also survived by papa's favorite dancer and # 1 nurse, 2 sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
