She was predeceased by: her parents, William Augusta Cuchens and Marjory McBee Cuchens; her husband John Romaine Watson; her brothers, W. A. Cuchens, Jr., Roy Cuchens, Hubert Cuchens and Howard Cuchens; her daughter-in-law Linda Watson; and her great grandchild Ashley McCann.
She is survived by: her children, John William Watson of Freeport, Florida and Helen Marie Barefield (Charles) of Mentone, Alabama; her sisters, Wanda Stevens (Pete) of Pensacola, Marie Hansley of Freeport and Wynell Welch (Greg) of Cantonment, Florida; her grandchildren, Brad Barefield (Celeste), Kevin Barefield, Jessica Cook (Eddie) and Hubert McCann; and her great grandchildren, William Grant Barefield, Mary Elizabeth Barefield, Isabella Marie Barefield, Lorelei Peyton Cook and Alyssa McCann.
