She is survived by: her stepdaughter Gayle LaVelle of Ohio; her siblings, John Caughell, Charlene Corey (Dudley) and Jeanette Worth (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Alex LaVelle (Anna), Aaron Lavelle and Hope LaVelle.
