With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harry Victor Penn of Freeport, Florida, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Frances Penn; and his parents, Harry Leo Penn, Jr. and Ruth Jeannette Hoskinson Penn. He is survived by: his wife Frances (Southern Bell); his children, Lauren (Tammy), Victor, Stephen and Joseph (Sarah); his grandsons, Luke Penn and Ciaran Fischer; his sister Pamela Barrow (Michael); and his cousins, Victoria Zimmaro (Craig) and William Penn (Dotsy). He is also survived by three nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 61 Topsail Village Dr, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Saint Anthony Mary Claret, 686 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, Florida.
