He is survived by: his parents, Zdzislaw Kalina and Elzbieta Grzebieluch; his wife Renata; his daughter Roxanne Kalina; and his siblings, Krzysztof Kalina (Katarzyna), Malgorzata Kalina and Natalia Kalina.
