He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Sapp; his children, Tracy Millette Sapp and William Harvey "Bo" Sapp, Jr. (Sherry); his grandchildren, William "Will" Harvey Sapp III, Amber Sturdivant Vanzant (Thomas) and Charles "C. J."; and his siblings, Evelyn Sapp Tatum (Herman), Calvin Sapp (Edna Faye), Kathleen Sword (William), Louise Rowland, Betty Gay and Lillian Tharpe (Calvin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
