He is survived by: his wife Oliva Duran; his children, Laura Itzel Garcia, Samantha Andrea Garcia, Daniel Garcia-Duran and David Guadalupe Garcia; his mother Elena Carranza-Millan; and his siblings, Dalila Garcia, Alicia Garcia, Rosbelia Garcia, Rosa Garcia, Araceli Garcia, Guisela Garcia, Evelio Garcia, Jose Luis Garcia, Samuel Garcia and Angeles.
