He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O'Neal, Sr. and Gladys Branson; his stepfather Teofilo Medina; and his brothers, James O'Neal, Daniel Medina and Randall O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen O'Neal; his children, Raymond O'Neal III, Mathew O'Neal, Eileen Smith, Michael O'Neal and Kathleen Ferrell; and his sisters, Patricia Saunders of Alabama and Diane Dixon of Wyoming. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren.
