We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2022, at the age of 53, Mary Jo Fields of Fountain, Florida, born in Tampa, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Terrance Davis; and her grandfather Otto Ulmer. She is survived by: her daughters, Kayla Ballentine (Jon), Lorna Martin (Brady) and Alanah Gossard (Chris); her grandchildren, Bayleigh, Danika, Emberly, Weston, Dawson, Skylar, Kyser, Bentley, Reese and Mary JoLee Gossard; her mother Abby Richardson; and her siblings, Bill Davis (Kathy), Paul Davis (Sheryl), Teddy Davis (Janice), Helene Nunez (Randy) and Paula Meyers (Brent).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting you bring printed pictures of her with memories written on the back.
