He was predeceased by: his son Timmy Johns; and his siblings, Buford Johns, Cresco Johns, Edward Johns and Luell Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Johnson Johns; his sons, Elton Johns (Patricia) of Fountain, FL, Billy Johns (Lillian) of Fountain, FL and Dennis Johns (Sherie) of Cedar Key, FL; and his siblings, Roscoe Johns, Lokey Gussett, Gracie Maddox, Charles Earl Johns and Shelby Hughen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
