He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Clark of Bristol; his girlfriend Stacy Stewart; his children, Colby Clark (Mikayla) of Bristol and Destiny Lemieux (Jay) of Blountstown; his grandchildren, Paisley, Winston Lemieux and Case Clark; and his siblings, Jim Frank Adkins of Marianna, Joe Todd of Altha, Kathy Whiddon of Hosford, Terry Suggs of Altha and Tammie Clark of Bristol. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
