Putnam of Fountain, Florida, born in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sue Bailey Hancock and Allen D. Nelson, Sr.; her grandparents, Amos, Tera Nelson, Donnell and Myrtle Armstrong; her brother Donnie Nelson; and her in-laws, Tommy and Linda Putnam.
She is survived by: her husband Matt Putnam; her children, Tiffany Pierce (Jimmy), Madison Putnam and Matthew Putnam, Jr. (Miranda); her grandchildren, Levi, Gracelyn and Mason; her siblings, Stephanie Cook (Dale), Tonya Wilson (Tommy) and Allen D. Nelson, Jr. (Candy); her stepfather Ira Hancock; and her uncle Jesse Bailey. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Zion Ministries (12025 Jackson Rd, Fountain, FL 32438). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
