He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Allen Cason; and his granddaughter Maci Potter. He is survived by: his children, Sidney Bissanti (Mike) and Brent Cason (Karlee); his mother Helen Cason; his siblings, Linda Huggins (Mickey), Sandy Webb (Jeff), Santa Rosa Beach, Sharon Richardson (Pete) and Craig Cason; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Breanna, Dallas, Alyssa, Gavin, Tuff and Presley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice in Jacksonville in memory of Mr. Cason.
