He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Fred and Veronica Floyd Swann; his wife Cornelia Garth Swann; his children, Stephanie L. Briscoe of Orlando, FL and Richard F. Swann of Orlando, FL; and his brother Bob Swann (Linda) of Mins, FL. He was also cherished by 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
