She was predeceased by: her parents, John Busiere and Jessie Smother Busiere; and her husbands, Joe Thomas and Woody Cook. She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Ann Thomas of Ocala, FL; her brother-in-law Mike Sadler of Salina, KS; and her nephew Brent Sadler of Salina, KS.
