She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Mary Jane Shanks Mayo; and her siblings, Ida Mae Bennett and Carl Mayo. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Frances; her former spouse Gene Russell; her husband Vincent James "Jimmy" Filomio; her children, Mark Russell (Lisa) of Saltillo, MS, Steve (Barbara) and Michelle Hopson (Jay) of Hattiesburg, MS; her stepchildren, Brett Filomio (Katie), Lindsay Filomio of Florida and Suzanne Filomio of Florida; and her brother Beryl Mayo (Millie). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
