It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara B. Clemons (Fort Walton Beach, Florida), born in Albany, Georgia, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Roy L. Clemons; her parents, Annie Culotta Floyd and Henry A. Floyd; her sister Patricia F. Hazen (Cecil Hazen); and her daughter Cynthia Brooks Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Patrica Brooks Gordon (Dean) and John W. Brooks III (Kay); her son-in-law Hap Meadows; her stepsons, James Clemons (Cheri) and John Clemons (Wendee); her grandchildren, Kenny Duncan Jr. (Pamela), John W. "Will" Brooks IV and Sara Brooks Taylor (Jeffrey); and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Lucas, Adeline Duncan and Swayze Taylor. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
