He is survived by: his wife Christine Mullinax (Oliver); his children, Robert Mullinax (Michelle) of Smiths Station, Alabama and Shannon Thomas (Kevin) of Anchorage, Alaska.; his grandchildren, Hayley Mullinax, Ty Thomas, Chrissandra Mullinax, Jack Thomas, Jeffrey Thomas and Luke Thomas; and his brother Van Mullinax (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
