She is survived by: her son Neville Thompson (Charlene); her great grandchildren, Elise and Emersyn Smith; her brother Ira C. Casey; her granddaughter Tiffany Petty Smith; and her sisters, Mae Ella Tuggle, Delois Jones, Juanita Kemp and Lula Ann Lee.
