She was predeceased by: her parents, Galloway Phillips and Geneva Phillips; her siblings, Arthur Galloway Phillips, William Jacob Phillips, Charles Daniel Phillips, Urel Lawrence Phillips, James Delano Phillips, David Holmes Phillips, Joseph Edward Phillips, Dorothy Louise Phillips and Sarah Frances Phillips; and her children, Angelia Darlene Smith and Carl Preston Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Smith (Tha) and Charlotte Ann Dortch (Michael). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
