Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willa Mae Smith and William Smith, Sr.; and his son Joseph Smith, Jr. (Leslie). He is survived by: his brother William Smith, Jr. (Bill); his wife Nancy Carolyn Little Smith; and his children, Renee Budzichowski (Tony), William Smith (Patricia), Terri Sasser (Kevin), Robin Carelli (Rob) and Mark Smith (Dawn).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Gentiva Hospice.
