She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Mack Hamilton and Anna Bell Gainey Hamilton; her husband Carl Slay; and her siblings, Louise and Eugene.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Barker (Tina) and Charlene Neace; her grandchildren, Brandy Parker (Travis) and Charlie Madden (Amy); her great grandchildren, Sophia, Preston, Annabella, Shandi and Harley; her siblings, Ira Gorden Hamilton and Pauline Roberts; her nieces, Dawn, Nina and Vanessa; and her nephew William Mack Roberts. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
