He was predeceased by: his parents, Hattie Wiley and Elmer Wiley; and his wife Dora Wiley. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Wiley, Teresa Wiley, Debra Cole (Terry), Howard and Donna Wiley; and his grandchildren, Neena Wiley, Chip, Ashlee Wiley, Rickey, Stephanie Tatro (Matt), Tyler Cole (Cierra) and Brittany Hall (Coty). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McLaughlin Mortuary (17 Chestnut Ave SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Live Oak Memorial Park Cemetery (112 North Ave E, Crestview, FL 32536).
